We are looking for an experienced Telecom & Edge Sales Director to lead and grow our Telecom & Edge sales and sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to VP/GM Americas the role will be responsible for a key vector of our multibillion $ growth journey
- Leads, develops, and grows our Telco and Edge sales and sales team
- Includes direct dealings with Telecom & Edge customers
- Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Creates and communicates sales goals and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
- Builds and maintains long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Understands industry-specific trends and landscapes
- Effectively communicates value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Reports on trends that shifts strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
- Drives adoption of large Telecom & Edge strategies, resources, and best practices to develop and drive these engagements maximizing customers’ value
- Effectively drives customer planning and readiness for the Telecom & Edge business
- Brings impactful market insights into customer engagements to close deals
- Coaches and leads their team to collaborate with external partners and other internal teams
- Provides direction/guidance on the development of solutions across regions
- Helps the team to develop plans to drive value for customers
- Leads a team to explore emerging opportunities
- Identifies and develops new market strategy by leveraging technical, industry expertise, partners, and resources
- Participates in regular strategic planning review for their assigned geography
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or associate degree in business and/or Engineering
- Requires 10 years experiences in Telecom business from OEM/TEM/SI with 5 years managerial experiences
- Fully understands the Telecom and Edge market, the trends, the people and the technology
- Have deep experience from both service provider and OEM (TEM/ISV/SI) market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- Experienced with Key Accounts management
- Proficiency in of two ways selling – bridging customer requirements with QCT core capabilities
- Team Player who leads by example and is execution focused.
- Takes full responsibility for outcomes and embodies “the buck stops with me” philosophy

Base Salary Range: $200,000 to $300,000 Annual
