Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Apple, Linux, and Windows environments.
  • Support end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Maintain Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions.
  • Support various technologies, including Printers, copiers, Audio/Video (AV) collaboration systems,  handheld scanners, etc.
  • Support Office 365, SAP, Camera Security, Badge System, Wireless and Networking.
  • Assist in managing incoming request emails and prioritizing responses to these requests
  • Collaborate with other HQ IT groups and HQ Network teams to support their initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on IT-supported applications and services.
  • Document system configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting steps.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years in a corporate system administrator/Network role.
  • Experience or some knowledge of Mac and Windows management in an enterprise environment using Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365.
  • Experience using remote support tools: Team Viewer, RDP, Zoom, or equivalent.
  • Experience or some knowledge of relevant IT technology: DNS, DHCP, networking, VPN, storage, Avaya, etc.
  • Proficiency in managing firewalls, routers, and switches (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc.)
  • Understanding of security best practices, including firewalls, anti-virus, and endpoint protection.
  • Experience with hardware maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Experience reviewing and understanding software/operating system logs (varied by system) for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Participation in on-call rotation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Base Salary Range:  $90,000 to $95,000 annual
