QCT selects QuantaGrid D53X-1U, a balanced server that meets the requirements for multi-cloud, 5G, and virtual networking workloads and is supported on the 3rd Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable platform, as an edge cache node for the Visual Cloud Delivery Network (VCDN).
The QuantaGrid D53X-1U is certified as an Intel Select Solution by exceeding multiple performance thresholds for VCDN, namely web caching, video on demand, live streaming and media transcoding, offering premium user experience for the delivery of high-quality videos and other types of web content.
