Job Summary:

  1. OCT is offering a prime opportunity for a seasoned strategic Account Manager to join our team in US. Help our customer transform their businesses from edge to core to cloud, enabled by the advance of 5G, AI, and Edge computing.
  2. As an QCT Account Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across teams to ensure the business program in successfully delivered and responsible for selling QCT’s products & solutions to our strategic customers in North America.
  3. You must be passionate about cloud, AI technologies and 5G solutions and have a laser focus on the customers, both as trusted advisor and in driving sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, coordinate, manage and monitor the business plan and overall program schedule of strategic customer or partner programs
  2. Identify, develop and sell QCT products and solutions to customers in North America to reach the business target and sales goals.
  3. Maintain the team’s focus on strategy and goal-oriented results when tackling complex problems.
  4. Understanding customers’ diverse, specific business requirements and applying product knowledge to meet those needs and strengthen customer engagement.
  5. Build network and trustworthy relationships with customers and partners to gain customer insights, create a long-term sales strategy per account and become knowledgeable in strategic business impacts and decision-making processes.
  6. Explore customer project plans and win projects from public Telco operators, and also private 5G across different verticals. Including but not limited to, smart city, smart manufacturing, smart medical, etc.
  7. Anticipates technology and/or market trends and provides insights to the customer. Seeks and creates opportunities to expand business with clients; Identified further business needs and presents solutions.
  8. Identify key decision makers in the account, develop and maintain strong and effective strategic relationship with them.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of related sales and technical experience, with direct interaction with clients.
  3. Enterprise sales, business development or consultative selling background for IT or Telecommunication solutions into vertical industries is a plus.
  4. Proven experience in running long, complex B2B sales cycle processes for large companies or cloud solution provider is an advantage.
  5. Good familiarity with cloud solutions (sever, storge, or networking switch) and 5G technologies (NFVI, Edge Computing, Open RAN, etc.) is preferred.
  6. Experienced in collaboration with system integrators for solutions sales or the telecommunication field is an advantage.
  7. Ability to deal electively and demonstrated success to build and maintaining relationship at executive and working levels both internally and externally.
  8. Innovative, highly motivated and flexible sales mindset, paired with excellent external and internal communications skills and the ability to work in a matrix across multiple organizations.
  9. Ability to clearly articulate business value to customers.
  10. Candidate must possess demonstrated decision making, problem solving g, and negotiating skills.
  11. Ability to work in a muti-cultural environment.
  12. Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  13. A team player with a strong drive to reach the target business goal.
  14. Willingness to travel when necessary.
  15. Fluent in English for professional business communication. Proficiency in Mandarin or other popular Languages in America is a plus.

Base Salary Range:  From $120,000 to $130,000 per Year
