QCT adopts the Intel® Xeon® 6700E-series processors to achieve efficiency-optimized performance, lower TCO, and sustainability.

For instance, when running Java, QuantaGrid D55Q-2U with Intel® Xeon® 6780E processors (144 cores) achieves 16.71% higher performance versus QuantaGrid D54Q-2U, which is powered by 5th Gen Intel® Xeon® Platinum 8592+ processors.

The Intel® Xeon® 6700E-series processors also deliver excellent performance per watt. As shown in the table below, the system’s performance per watt with the latest processor series at different utilization levels has significantly improved, with the highest performance per watt ratio of 1:1.17 compared to the previous generation.

For customers working on a data center refresh, QuantaGrid D55X-1U and QuantaGrid D55Q-2U emerge as the best choices.

For the latest QCT QuantaGrid system powered by Intel® Xeon® 6700E-series (6780E) processors, its Java performance under 100% workload utilization can reach 3.44 times* higher performance when compared to the previous generation.
