The Sales Engineer is responsible for business development and support of existing customers. The position works closely with clients to determine their needs, explains the use and value of QCT solutions/products.

Help our customer transform their businesses from edge to core to cloud, enabled by the advance of 5G, AI, and Edge computing. As an QCT Account Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across teams to ensure the business program in successfully delivered and responsible for selling QCT’s products & solutions to our strategic customers in North America.

This position is responsible for the facilitation of information into the proper system as well as communication internally and externally for flawless execution of the end to end supply chain activities. This includes demand gap analysis to forecast and orders with considering different type of demand, material shortage follow up, reporting, and status update on regular basis.

Works closely with the sales and extended teams to map end-user customer business, partner requirements and provide most optimized technical solutions. Highly technical problem solver who understands system architecture, hardware and software interaction. Should possess basic HW debug skills.

QCT is looking for an experienced Senior Application Engineer who has in-depth knowledge in computer/server architecture. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our enterprise customers, promote internal networking products to provide optimize customer’s networking solution. The ideal candidate must have strong technical background in networking server product as well as exceptional communication skill — ability to interface with all levels of management staffs in professional manner.
