Account Manager
Job Summary:
The Account Manager will support and manage customer accounts for AI servers, GPU servers, rack-scale, and data center infrastructure products. This role is responsible for customer communication, opportunity follow-up, quotation coordination, sales pipeline tracking, order support, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams.
The position will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Sales Operations, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Engineering to support customer requirements, resolve commercial and operational issues, and drive business growth in the AI infrastructure market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customer accounts and support day-to-day customer communication, follow-ups, and sales coordination.
- Identify, track, and follow up on sales opportunities, customer requirements, quotation requests, and account development activities.
- Support quotation preparation, pricing requests, product availability checks, customer proposals, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Planning, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Finance, and Sales Operations to support customer requests and order fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers about product information, quotation and order status, shipment timing, delivery updates, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, customer forecasts, backlog status, shipment priorities, and account activity reports.
- Support customer meetings, business reviews, sales presentations, trade shows, and marketing activities as required.
- Follow up on open customer issues, sample requests, evaluation units, delivery concerns, invoice inquiries, and internal action items.
- Support new customer onboarding, vendor form processing, NDA coordination, credit application follow-up, and account documentation.
- Assist with customer escalations involving pricing, availability, shipment delays, order changes, documentation gaps, or service issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, response times, sales process efficiency, and account visibility.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with AI servers, GPU servers, rack-scale systems, data center infrastructure, hardware, electronics, OEM/ODM, EMS, or technology products is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, customer account support, quotation process, purchase orders, order coordination, shipment follow-up, and customer issue resolution.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Planning, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate customer records, quotes, forecasts, opportunities, and order information.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests, deadlines, follow-up items, and sales activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, follow-up, and escalation management skills.
- Basic understanding of servers, hardware, data centers, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing processes preferred.
- Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required.
Annual Salary: $90,000 to $125,000
