Job Summary:

The Operations Manager leads end-to-end order execution for AI servers, GPU servers, rack-scale, and data center infrastructure products. This role ensures that customer orders are accurately processed, production and warehouse teams are aligned, materials are available, shipments are executed on time, and delivery commitments are met.

The position will work closely with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support AI server orders. The successful candidate will help build scalable fulfillment processes, improve on-time delivery, reduce shipment risk, and support growth in AI infrastructure and rack-level system integration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from sales order review through production coordination, shipment release, logistics execution, and customer delivery confirmation.
  • Review customer orders, delivery requirements, product configurations, payment and shipping terms, export requirements, and special handling instructions to ensure order accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure material, build, and shipment readiness, and on-time delivery.
  • Track orders for AI servers, GPU servers, rack integration, and data center infrastructure through production, warehouse staging, packing, shipping, and final delivery.
  • Monitor and manage the order backlog, shipment schedules, customer delivery commitments, allocation priorities, and fulfillment escalations.
  • Identify and resolve fulfillment blockers, including material shortages, production delays, engineering holds, quality issues, warehouse capacity constraints, documentation gaps, and logistics delays.
  • Lead daily or weekly order review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to review open orders, shipment priorities, delivery risks, and customer escalations.
  • Work with warehouse teams to improve receiving, put-away, inventory accuracy, kitting, staging, packing, labeling, shipping, and dock operations.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with internal logistics teams, carriers, freight forwarders, 3PL partners, and customer-designated logistics providers.
  • Ensure shipment documentation is complete and accurate, including packing lists, commercial invoices, export documents, carrier paperwork, insurance documents, and any customer-specific shipping requirements.
  • Develop, monitor, and improve key operational KPIs, including on-time delivery, order cycle time, backlog aging, shipment accuracy, inventory accuracy, dock-to-ship time, fulfillment cost, and customer escalation closure rate.
  • Support new product introductions, customer program ramp-ups, and process readiness for new AI server platforms, rack-scale systems, and data center infrastructure products.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in AI servers, GPU servers, rack-scale systems, data center infrastructure, electronics manufacturing, EMS, computer hardware, or a high-mix manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-delivery, order-to-cash, production planning, material readiness, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, and customer shipment execution.
  • Experience managing complex, high-value, customer-configured hardware orders under strict delivery commitments.
  • Experience working with production, planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics, quality, engineering, sales, finance, and customer service teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the backlog, prioritize shipments, resolve escalations, and clearly communicate delivery risks.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international logistics, carrier coordination, freight forwarding, shipping documentation, Incoterms, and export/import processes is preferred.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, customer-driven hardware environment with frequent shifts in priorities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, cross-functional coordination, and escalation-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, customer orders, operational issues, and deadlines concurrently.
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred but not required.
