QCT 5G x AI Open Lab is a laboratory powered by Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors with built-in AI and advanced security features, where interested parties can develop and test their applications. It offers a consistent and open architecture environment for customers who want to run their applications in an optimized environment but may not have the resources.

The lab also has a technical collaboration testing area for researchers and developers, where they can test different 5G network bands and try out supercomputers and AI algorithms in industrial scenarios.

The lab located in Taoyuan, Taiwan also includes a radiation-shielded room for the n79 and n78 frequency bands for different 5G testing, a live streaming room to host seminars, training courses, or live demos; and a showcase room is available for users to present their applications.

Customers can freely use this space and QCT’s platform to test anything from smart manufacturing, agriculture, IoT, surveillance or  creating AI models for a wide range of use cases that can range from medical diagnostics, robotics testing, to media and entertainment. There is virtually no limit to what one can do with the QCT 5G x AI Open Lab.
